Hi!!
Hi everyone! My name is Liat, I live in West Chester, PA with my husband and 3 kiddos (ages 9, 7 and 2). This household is crazy busy all the time with dance, travel hockey and a toddler 🤪 I work for corporate TD Bank, been there for going on 13 years. I love to travel, especially going to visit my family in Denmark and Israel. I absolutely love all the BODi programs, been doing them since 2019 and don't plan on stopping! Can't wait to participate in this group!
Hi!!
Hi!
Hey Everyone! I'm Amanda and live in Phoenixville, PA, with my partner Jeremy and our three cats. I'm an Environmental Chemist helping clients with remediation activities and emergency responses when they unfortunately occur. When I'm not working I like to read, cook/bake, and watch sports. I always want to learn something new, and my current focus is attempting to crochet. I look forward to supporting everyone and getting support as we work towards our goals! For me strength and mobility/flexibility training and stress management are at the top of my list.

Also, a beta fish named Finley. I joined this group for accountability and group support. My main goal is to keep track with my nutrition. Workouts consist of lifting and tack Pilates by Autumn. I used to use Bodi consistently, but made my own lifting workouts for now. Looking forward to Dig in with Shaun T. Thank you for letting me apart of the community and looking forward to meeting everyone!

Hi!!
Hi! I’m Emily. 33 from Emmaus pa. I have a long history of ballet and dance for 15 years but had to stop after breaking my foot 6 times…. I know that a lot and it resulted in a bone getting removed from my foot. Since having the bone removed 11 years ago I got married and after 5 years of trying we eventually had Eleanor. She will be 4 at the end of February. Over the last year I learned I have hyper mobility and some wild body dystrophy things. I’m excited to be apart of this group for the accountability and realistic health mindset.
