Goals for this month
  1. At least 5000 steps at day (even if I have to just walk in circles at home)
  2. Exercise or stretch for at least 15 minutes every day.
  3. No more than 2 Starbucks Matcha Frappuccino drinks per week
  4. Continue to track all food on my fitness pal app
