Glute endurance
Ran short on time today unintentionally but I’m sort of glad. My body could use the lighter workout today (no weights, just the band) and it was shorter - only 33 mins.
I didn’t enjoy this one. I don’t always feel like the muscle gets targeted right with a band and it feels like it’s doing nothing or I spend more time trying to adjust than working which is annoying.
I’m ragey today so I’m generally in a foul mood so maybe it’s just that 😂. I need sleep.
2 more days of work! Just trying to get through and stay as positive as possible!
