I wasn't up for my workout this morning, so I pushed play after work.
Kickstand dead lifts - 25, 30, 25 lbs
Lateral Squat - 20, 25, 25 lbs 🦵🦵🦵
Pullover - 30, 35, 35 lbs
Kickstand Row - 30, 35, 35 lbs
Bicep curls - 12.5, 15, 15 lbs
Honestly, after the heavier weights, those 15 lbs for the bicep curls felt really light. Then by the last few reps, I was struggling 🤣. I'm going to be sore tomorrow for core circuit, but that burn and restore is going to feel amazing afterwards! Goal is to double up in the morning.
