Well, yesterday got away from me and I forgot to post my workout from yesterday morning.
Riley slept for 5 hours Friday but Saturday, so when she woke up around 2ish, I got her changed and fed and she was back to sleep by 3. I laid down until 4, and then was able to get up and do my mornin routine.
Lifting weights feels so good again! I don’t feel like im exerting myself and I know the structure of the weight listing is already working. I’m excited to see my progress over the next few weeks to months. Hoping that once I get into this rhythm, I’ll see the scale drop and fit into my pants again soon!
