Good thing I have two sets of adjustable dumbbells.
Kiddo was here (and safe!). I'm back at it after taking a week off after having an unplanned tooth pulled. I've had my wisdom teeth extracted, but this is something else. I didn't think the pain would be that mentally taxing. I loved Dig Deeper the first time, so I'm going back through it as a sort of "bulk". I feel pretty good today.

Celebrate!!! 🎉
Happy Birthday to @Stephanie Ivey !!!!! 🥳💗🎂
Sunday
Navigating illness here with Wesley, Glenn and I are so far still okay. Glenn grocery shopped. I did laundry and some small meal prep. I’m off tomorrow and have a spin class and therapy. Glenn’s mom is coming to stay with Wesley so that I can do those and I will probably do more meal prepping in between. I actually changed my alarm to 6am tomorrow which I never do because I like to stay on routine, but you all know I’m so far behind and need sleep catch up, so since soon isn’t until 9 I’ll move my lifting workouts back and try to sleep in! Hope everyone had a nice weekend! Let’s make it a great week 💪🏼

Well, yesterday got away from me and I forgot to post my workout from yesterday morning. Riley slept for 5 hours Friday but Saturday, so when she woke up around 2ish, I got her changed and fed and she was back to sleep by 3. I laid down until 4, and then was able to get up and do my mornin routine. Lifting weights feels so good again! I don’t feel like im exerting myself and I know the structure of the weight listing is already working. I’m excited to see my progress over the next few weeks to months. Hoping that once I get into this rhythm, I’ll see the scale drop and fit into my pants again soon!
