Just a little humor. This is my youngest Avery and she is a HOT MESS BAD AS SHIT FUNNY AS ALL HELL TRAIN WRECK almost 16 month beautiful girl. She thinks she is hiding and playing peek a boo Don't mind my voice but we did it like 100000x . Just a little light to the week and to not take things so seriously all the time

Last week we discovered water in our basement which led to find that our neighbor’s (who is pretty much a hoarder) hot water tank was leaking as well as her sink. A restoration company checked out her basement and found fecal matter, too 🤢 our floors will have to be ripped up and everything will need cleaned. It’s a mess. Once I get my mind right, I’ll have to make a new workout spot. Our house is small with limited space… it brings me some anxiety but I know this is a small bump in the road. I’ll be practicing my breathing exercises 😝

What’s something that makes sharing a meal or snack more meaningful for you?

Forgot to say I had a bonus workout yesterday. I rarely ever do 2 workouts a day because it’s not necessary for me to maintain results with more than 45 mins of hard work (the hard work happens in the kitchen and in my sleep/stress management and daily movement after I exercise anyway) Of course the arm track worked chest and biceps. I am so soreeee 😆

Hey all! I’m here but struggling. I never had side effects from a vaccine but we got our boosters (flu and Covid together) yesterday and I’ve been weak and achey and tired all day. I did manage to do dishes and grocery shop much later than usual, and do laundry. So I’m proud of that. Hoping I feel better tomorrow with some more rest 🤞🏼
