So let’s try something a little different today 👇
Sometimes asking for help doesn’t just benefit the person asking…it actually can benefit the person helping by making them feel good, too. Support goes both ways... and that's what this group is all about! What’s ONE thing you could use a little help with right now? 👇 It can be wellness-related, but doesn't need to be. Drop it in the comments -- Ask for advice, ask for a tip, ask for ideas... And if you see someone share something you can help with — maybe it's a tip for getting up on the first alarm, someone to meet you in the virtual gym for accountability, some delicious recipes or quick on the go snack ideas... jump in and support them. Sometimes a quick tip, encouragement, or even a “you’re not alone in that” can go a long way. Let’s remind each other that this community isn’t meant to be done quietly from the sidelines — we’re here to lift each other up. It's in our biology NOT to lean OUT when we are struggling but to lean INTO the villiage 💛 So… what do you need a little help with this week? 👇

Good mix of productiveness, family time, and downtime so far today!!! Grocery shopping first thing, F1 sprint race with Wawa coffee and their Irish creamer!, then I finally sat and caught up on my goals for my cohort — I was supposed to do that last week 😬 — and then we went out to a local kids arts festival, visited my sister. The rest of the afternoon and evening calls for some meal prep and laundry to get ahead for tomorrow and maybe even taking a short nap! Hope everyone’s been doing great! Are you resting, busy, working out or a mix of it all today??

Sorry I don’t post much.. but here is one: Worked nightshift(which I occasionally do),came home and finally fell asleep for a solid 3 hours. Got up and laid around…. Drank an Alani and mopped, took all the ski stuff back to the basement, made my meals for tomorrow for work, and finishing up a 2 mile walk!! When I get home, it’s an arm /upper body work out and then playing outside once the kids get off the bus!! I LOVE this weather (don’t get me Wrong. I love snow and sledding!!) but this is THE weather.

Open to ANYONE who lives close by! @Kristen Burns and I decided that since next Saturday's forecast is too good to pass up, we'd like to get the kids (AND US) together. Where: Cedar Beach Park/Playground When: Anytime after 10am -- Stay as long as you want! What: Yap with the ladies (don't feel the need to be a mom to join us!! all women welcome!) and let the kids play and get out the energy! Feel free to bring your own coffee, energy drink, and/or snacks!! :)
