In the past, dieting has been unsustainable due to the thought of “time limit “and then what? And also the restriction of not being able to have put so much food noise that you couldn’t escape it, knowing I can eat, whatever I wanna eat and the portions that my body needs Takes away a lot of that food noise because I know I can have what I want included into what I need as long as I think ahead and plan
