Let me be clear that you do not need to buy what I buy, use what I use, or buy any supplements from me in order to be here….
If there is anything I learned in my wellness certification experience it is that you 100% get results without powders or pills or high cost “promises”. Be skeptical & do your research before you buy anything that seems to good to be true.
Your daily habits (tracking and weighing/measuring your food, regular movement, quality sleep, enough rest, stress management, your happiness) are alllllll more important than a supplement 💣
I choose to use these because I like them, I can afford them (thankfully!) and they make my life easier, but I won’t continue to pretend like you must use them to be successful and see results on your journey! That is not fair or true.
I am sharing authentically and just allowing you to make any informed decisions to make your own life and journey easier and more enjoyable too!
