Life has been living especially in the finances department. This time of year sucks with the ice cream shop closed and I’m door dashing for my life. My anxiety has been really high. I’m proud of what I did get done this week. Getting my water in is still a struggle. Hoping to add some lifting in this week. Things are rebounding but I’m still doing door dash every available moment.
Edit: I got Autumns pass for bodi. Thinking 4 weeks for every body is a good start since it’s been a minute since I’ve lifted. Then 21DF and fix extreme and then if my schedule lightens up I want to complete 80DO again.
