Life has been living especially in the finances department. This time of year sucks with the ice cream shop closed and I’m door dashing for my life. My anxiety has been really high. I’m proud of what I did get done this week. Getting my water in is still a struggle. Hoping to add some lifting in this week. Things are rebounding but I’m still doing door dash every available moment. Edit: I got Autumns pass for bodi. Thinking 4 weeks for every body is a good start since it’s been a minute since I’ve lifted. Then 21DF and fix extreme and then if my schedule lightens up I want to complete 80DO again.

Weekly check in!
I’ll try to do more but at the very least do a weekly one! Life is crazy right now and I just don’t have the bandwidth for some things. Doing a 75 soft. Similar goals but don’t have to restart if you miss one. I knew water would be my struggle so that will be my focus this week! Read at least once a day 8000+ steps daily Close rings 100+ oz of water Exercise Walk or run No beer Read at least 100 pages a day No Soda Bodi workout I like the reports hello habits give the darker the color means you hit the goal medium color is kind of and light is did not. Hitting the gym tonight ready to get back to running more!

@Angelina Kiggins I am super visual so I love this!
Happy New Year!
Got my 5k in yesterday! I wasn’t able to do an actual race so I did it at home. Started with taking our recycling down to the end of the driveway and back and then walk and read the rest! Looking forward to hitting my fitness goals this year!

@Amanda Steele Getting back to running regularly and lifting again. Working on eating better and cutting down on soda if not quitting it completely. Eating at home more and learning to make my coffees at home to save money.
Instead of a “vision board party”…
Hey all! In the past we held vision board parties in the past, usually on zoom. I’m considering hosting something similar this year, but I want this to actually WORK. Vision boards are great but without a plan and follow up and accountability… they’re just pretty “dream boards”. I don’t want us to just dream. I want us to achieve our goals! So here’s what I’m thinking: A live workshop (either on zoom or in person, depending on interest!) that happens either New Year’s Eve day or New Year’s Day. Maybe around 11am or so? This will be free to anyone and we will just spend time together masterminding and creating a plan for our top 3 goals (wellness related or just personal/professional) for 2026. *Then I’ll offer the option of paying for additional support and accountability for a cohort throughout the year! I think ideally BI-MONTHLY or at least quarterly. That would look like: virtual zoom meetings to check in for accountability plus a worksheet for PLANNING steps to follow through on between our meeting and the next mastermind. (Schedule depends on poll for the cohort) Would you be interested in any of this? If YES, comment whether you prefer New Year’s Eve day or New Year’s Day for the first event. (If you’re local, should we meet up in person??? And do a zoom offering)??

New Year’s Day would also be best but I may be doing the 5k depending on timing
Turkey Trot warm up!
The development that the ice cream shop is in had an informal turkey trot yesterday! I walked with a few customers. It was a nice way to get the legs ready for my timed turkey trot Thursday! I won’t be quick but I’m hoping to run some!
