We came home from New Hope yesterday and stopped at a brewery satellite / cafe on the way home. Had pizza and a marg before we had a massage. The rest of the day and night were low key and my sleep and readiness scores are both 92! I needed this weekend!!
I went to speed camp, a special kind of spin class this morning & loved it! Usually I rest on Sundays but wanted to try this style and glad I went. Yesterday was honestly plenty restful!!!
We’re prepping some food and have a decent plan for meals this week. Glenn wants to start cooking more so I’m trying to oblige. Rest of the week we focus on fuel and deficit. I’m back in the game and feel good today!
