protein breakfast
My most important meal to me is breakfast.. I enjoy two eggs with some veggies and half a cup of cottage cheese . Also an apple and 1 ounce of walnuts. That gives me 30 grams of protein, some fibre and fat . Do you think that is a healthy breakfast? does that check all the boxes ?
Where’s the protein?!
Hamburger’s are my favourite thing to eat. I used to avoid them because of the high fat content of the beef. Then when I went low carb, I would eat the patty without the bun. Now, I enjoy freely. Just not too often and rarely the fast food options. I love a good homemade smash burger. Six ounces of 80/20 ground beef has 32 grams of protein. So satisfying! What is your favourite protein to eat?
