I think for people who mistreat animals there should be imposed strict laws-I think they should go to jail and ousted

i was actually struck to see Arkadi Gaydamak!! in candace's show, she claims he is a fugitive and he can (maybe)be an assasin... even though i know he won an appeal for the case she mentioned. she published his photo, urged people in Nashville to be on the look out for him. what?!!?! this is so crazy to me.. Arkadi was famous in israel about a decade ago. he is a russian millionaire, i think he bought some sports team in israel; at the time. but he pretty much disappeared from the public eye, faded somehow. i dont think he has been living in israel for the last decade, and all of a sudden she digs him up|? what? can this get any crazier? do you know anything about this? or about him?
