Failed in the first 10 Days with my New Coach …
I recently hired a new Health Coach to help me get shredded and train for the Ironman I am running in August.
The first challenge he had me to do was a 16 Day Cleanse.
The jist of it…
Fruit / Veggies / Eggs / Tomato Juice and an occasional chicken breast for 16 Days
It’s very strict
• If you cheat, you start over
• You can only eat at 6am, 12pm and 6pm
• No coffee for first 3 days
Right away I notice myself wanting to make my own rules…
Right away I notice myself wanting to make exceptions…
But I managed to quiet that voice and just follow the program as it was designed…
… For 10 Days, that is...
