The Complete Nutrition System is HERE
This is the system that has been in the works for nearly 2 years. The dashboard was a starting point; a tool that will make confusion around nutrition, progress, when to take a break, a thing of the past. And you all are getting access to it first, at a fraction of the price it's actually worth. With the complete nutrition system, you don't have to guess what you need to eat anymore. No more figuring out how much of each food to hit your goal. No more figuring out what to eat at each restaurant you love. No more buying meal plans that you get tired of eating in two weeks, and waste nearly every penny you spent because it never actually got you to your goal. With this system, the decisions are already made for you. I'm opening 10 spots for this first round of builds. The Complete Nutrition System is live, and this first round is 10 builds at $497. This is the exact tool I'm using for my last 100 days, through Thanksgiving, Christmas, vacation in October, and every restaurant in between. Here's how it works. Go to dashboard.legacyperformance.co/build and answer the intake questions honestly. The intake is probably the most thorough intake you will ever do. Your new calorie target and protein floor show up on the screen as you go, so you have real expectations of how long it will take to get to your goal. If you want me to build the whole system for you, the buy button is at the end, so you know exactly what it is you're getting before you pay anything. Here's what you get. - Real meals with food you actually eat, not chicken and rice nine times. - Three options for every meal, portioned out to your numbers, with the recipe for each one. - One tap puts any meal into Cronometer, so you never build a recipe by hand. - One shopping list for the week and a meal prep guide with two simple food prep days. - Two free meals a week, built into your numbers on purpose. - Real orders at the restaurants you actually go to, and dozens more for wherever you end up.

Build for the floor, and every day is a good day
Here's what the lsat 100 days of the year actually holds. Halloween candy. Thanksgiving. The office party, the travel, the kids home for two weeks. Most plans are built for a clean week. There isn't one between now and January. That's why so many people wait, and it isn't because they're lazy. You run a calendar, a budget, a household. None of that stops for the holidays, and none of it runs on willpower. Your body is the one thing nobody ever built a plan like that for. You will eat food every single day of your life... ...so the plan has to work on your worst days, not just your clean weeks. That's the whole test of my last 100 days. Not whether I can be perfect. Whether the plan holds on Thanksgiving. I build for the floor; for he worst days. Tomorrow I'll show you exactly what I built so mine does. .

How Will You Spend Your Last 100 Days?
On Wednesday, September 23, there will be exactly 100 days left in this year. I'm going to use them. I'm on my last day of a trip for a worship conference in Orlando. Completely unintentionally, one of the themes of the conference was "remembering". Remember where we came from, what God has done in our lives, and to let that be the fuel that drives what we do to make an impact on the lives of the people around us. I came home with two things I couldn't shake. The first is how many lives change when one person finally gets their own house in order. The second is that nobody does that alone. So here's what I'm doing. For the last 100 days of the year, I'm going to lose my next 15 pounds. I've learned over the years is that the way I teach best is by doing, so i'm getting back to that. I'm going to do it out loud, step by step, right here, every week. Through Thanksgiving. Through Christmas. Through another vacation in October. The exact stretch of the year where most people say, "I'll start fresh in January." I said that for years. I sad that when I was as heavy as 242 pounds. I've done keto, carnivore, Whole30, fasting, and every supplement with a label on it. I know exactly what it feels like to start over for the tenth time. So I'm not going to pretend I found something magic. There is no magic. There is only the work. But what I develop for people is designed to make the work simpler. Here's the whole plan, stated plainly. Minimum of 175 grams of protein a day. 12,000 steps a day, on average. Full-body strength training, four days a week. And a low dose of tirzepatide, 2.5 to 5 milligrams a week, prescribed and managed by my provider. I may add another peptide to help with visceral fat mobilization, but that is TBD. I'm telling you that last one on purpose. It quiets the food noise, which is what I need help with. It makes sticking to the work easier for me, but it's not a solution. It was never the reason it works. The protein, the steps, and the training are the reason...
