Need Help with Cascading Lookups !

Has anybody worked with SharePoint lists as a datasource and created cascading lookups in PowerApps? I'm working on a prototype concept for future app and I'm stuck, not sure why. My formula look right to me and there are no errors but it's not cascading. Using 4 SPO lists (City, Country, Unit and Masterlist). Unit and Country lists have 1 column each with single text fields with test data and the City list uses a lookup from country list (Title field for list of countries) and a single txt field for listing out cities. The Master list pulls in lookups from all 3 lists. I'm using a power apps custom form and the power app's dropdown selected in Country value should only show the related cities as choices for the City field. Formula on City- DataCardValue5: Items=Filter(Choices([@PAp2MasterList].City),Value in Filter(PAp2City,DataCardValue4.Selected.Value=Country.Value).City)
