Must Read for Anyone Starting an AI Business
Hey everyone 👋 I want to make sure you’re truly using what’s inside the Classroom here on Skool — because it isn’t just theoretical content. It’s the proven starting point for building an AI service business in 2026, based on everything I've learned scaling my own 7-figure AI agency. When I first launched my business back in 2022, I was figuring things out in the dark — long days, trial and error, and a lot of mistakes before the real patterns finally emerged. Since then, I’ve worked with 7, 8, and 9-figure clients, helped thousands of people start AI agencies, and studied what separates the people who succeed from the ones who stall. And now the data is clear: There are TWO proven paths people are using to break into AI. All you have to do is choose the path that fits how you think and work. That’s why the very first thing you should do here is go to the Start Here module inside the Classroom. Inside it, you’ll find: - A clear breakdown of the two proven paths - Clarity on how to pick the one that fits you best - Then you'll find your playbook to land your first paid client fast Everything I wish I had when I started — the frameworks, playbooks, lessons, and action plans — is inside this Classroom. And I continue to update it based on what’s working right now. It’s all here for you, step by step. Don’t let this sit in your dashboard like another course. This is the stuff I lived to be where I am right now. 🎅 Five Prompts Santa Would Use If He Ran an Online Business
If Santa can run global logistics with one night of annual output and a workforce of highly unionised elves, the least we can do is borrow some of his strategic thinking. These five prompts are the kind he’d slip into his sleigh-side notebook. Smart. Efficient. Mildly judgmental. Zero tinsel-based nonsense. Pop them into your favourite LLM, personalise the brackets, and watch them behave like a cosy little shortcut to transparency. 🎄 1️⃣ The Nice-List Income Review Create a clear annual breakdown of my business performance using these inputs: niche = [your niche], offer = [your offer], audience = [your audience], price point = [your price], core problem solved = [problem], and main bottleneck = [bottleneck]. Analyse what actually produced results, what delivered the highest return on effort and what should receive more of my attention next year. Present everything as a simple summary I can act on confidently. Santa’s spin: Because even he checks his numbers twice. 🎁 2️⃣ The Elf-Efficiency Audit Map how my time, energy, and decision-making have been used this year, using: main tasks = [tasks], recurring responsibilities = [responsibilities], growth priorities = [priorities], and the areas that feel overcomplicated = [your list]. Categorise these by efficiency, impact and effort. Recommend what to streamline, what to simplify, and what to stop doing so my workload feels lighter but produces stronger results. Santa’s spin: Elves don’t multitask. Neither should you. 🦌 3️⃣ The Rudolph Visibility Boost Analyse my current visibility system using: platforms = [platforms], frequency = [frequency], core topic pillars = [pillars], audience pain points = [pain points], and goal for the next quarter = [goal]. Identify the strongest angles for content that actually converts, highlight gaps in message clarity, and outline a simple weekly rhythm that builds audience trust without draining my energy. Santa’s spin: There’s a reason he uses a glowing-nose brand ambassador.

More outreach this week..
Coming to the end of my warm outreach list, only around 12 people. i started with the small/solo operators as they didn't seem as intimidating, now working my way up to the smaller company owners on my list, building up courage as i go. a few enquiries, a few rejections, and a call to be finalised in the coming week or so. How did you guys go about outreach after your warm list was exhausted? Keen to hear what methods people are using to reach out to companies.. T.I.A
Squad Nights | Official Music Video | Tanweer AI
My AI music video project: Squad Nights 🎬🔥 This was not a one-click AI video — it was almost a 40-hour project built step by step ⏳ Workflow behind the reel: 🛠️ 👉 Character reference sheet — made on ChatGPT 👤 👉 Choreography sheet — planned on ChatGPT 🕺 👉 Song — created on Suno AI 🎵 👉 Video generation — made with Seedance 2.0 on Higgsfield 🎥 👉 Lip-sync — lyrics added directly in the prompt, then refined with speed control on CapCut for better timing and sync 🎙️✂️ Hope you like it ❤️ Would love your honest feedback on the choreography, lip-sync, camera movement, and overall music-video energy ✨
