🎅 Five Prompts Santa Would Use If He Ran an Online Business
If Santa can run global logistics with one night of annual output and a workforce of highly unionised elves, the least we can do is borrow some of his strategic thinking. These five prompts are the kind he’d slip into his sleigh-side notebook. Smart. Efficient. Mildly judgmental. Zero tinsel-based nonsense. Pop them into your favourite LLM, personalise the brackets, and watch them behave like a cosy little shortcut to transparency. 🎄 1️⃣ The Nice-List Income Review Create a clear annual breakdown of my business performance using these inputs: niche = [your niche], offer = [your offer], audience = [your audience], price point = [your price], core problem solved = [problem], and main bottleneck = [bottleneck]. Analyse what actually produced results, what delivered the highest return on effort and what should receive more of my attention next year. Present everything as a simple summary I can act on confidently. Santa’s spin: Because even he checks his numbers twice. 🎁 2️⃣ The Elf-Efficiency Audit Map how my time, energy, and decision-making have been used this year, using: main tasks = [tasks], recurring responsibilities = [responsibilities], growth priorities = [priorities], and the areas that feel overcomplicated = [your list]. Categorise these by efficiency, impact and effort. Recommend what to streamline, what to simplify, and what to stop doing so my workload feels lighter but produces stronger results. Santa’s spin: Elves don’t multitask. Neither should you. 🦌 3️⃣ The Rudolph Visibility Boost Analyse my current visibility system using: platforms = [platforms], frequency = [frequency], core topic pillars = [pillars], audience pain points = [pain points], and goal for the next quarter = [goal]. Identify the strongest angles for content that actually converts, highlight gaps in message clarity, and outline a simple weekly rhythm that builds audience trust without draining my energy. Santa’s spin: There’s a reason he uses a glowing-nose brand ambassador.

@Senath Pussawela you're welcome!
🦃 Happy Thanksgiving to My American Friends!
Today feels like a good moment to pause, breathe and send a bit of warmth your way. Whether you’re celebrating Thanksgiving or simply enjoying a quieter Thursday, I hope you get a slice of time that feels yours. A moment to reset, to think, or to stare at a potato and refuse to roast it. (That's what I'll be doing as I pour another glass of wine - just another wet, miserable day in the UK). However, as Maya Angelou put it, “Let gratitude be the pillow upon which you kneel to say your nightly prayer.” A gentle reminder that gratitude doesn’t need a ceremony, just attention. So here’s mine. I’m grateful for the assets that keep my businesses moving, for the conversations we have here, and for the fact that you’re building something Evergreen rather than something exhausting. If you fancy joining in, share one asset, habit or tiny system you’re thankful for this year. No pressure, just a bit of human connection. 💚 Kerry P.S. Isn't Gemini Veo just super marvellous - I can practically taste that wine!

🥞 What’s in Your Stack?
If your business were a breakfast plate, what would it look like? One lonely pancake - or a full stack dripping in automation syrup? Every asset you build connects. Your lead magnet feeds your nurture email. Your nurture email drives your offer. Your offer loops into your fulfilment flow. 💡 Tip: Name your stack layers so you can track what’s earning while you sleep. 💬 Which layer of your stack needs the most attention this week? 💚 Kerry

@Kevin troy Lumandas Yes, that loop’s the danger zone. Best thing I’ve found is to treat fulfilment like part of the offer, not what happens after it. Tighten your handover, automate your onboarding, and make the first customer touchpoint feel like a continuation of the sales promise. I've found that’s where repeat business and referrals start stacking themselves.
AI has a rocket up its a$$...
AI is like a teenager with new rocket-powered trainers. It runs fast, shows off new tricks - like every day, and scares the grown-ups half to death. The real problem isn’t the running (or the rocket). It’s whether the trust is there for it not to fall flat on its face. Trust comes in flavours: - Accuracy (did it get it right?) - Transparency (can you see how?) - Oversight (who checks the checker?) 👉 Example: Jo used AI to write her customer follow-ups. At first, the team freaked out — “What if it says the wrong thing?” She scored the risks, realised accuracy was the biggest wobble, added one human approval step, and suddenly everyone relaxed. The emails doubled. Try it: ROLE: Trust and governance auditor. TASK: Run a light AI trust audit. SPECIFICS: Score 1–5 across accuracy, transparency, predictability, fairness, consent, and human oversight. OUTPUT: A one-page scorecard with the three most significant risks and a 7-day mitigation plan. (Personalise it to the workflow you actually care about, like [weekly newsletter], [sales calls], or [client proposals]. I ran mine - results attached so you can see and output example.) 💡 Value Tip: Trust builds fastest when you publish your rules so others can reuse them. 💚Kerry What’s the one area of your business you’d actually trust AI with today? Share your scorecard if you dare!
