Must Read for Anyone Starting an AI Business
Hey everyone 👋 I want to make sure you’re truly using what’s inside the Classroom here on Skool — because it isn’t just theoretical content. It’s the proven starting point for building an AI service business in 2026, based on everything I've learned scaling my own 7-figure AI agency. When I first launched my business back in 2022, I was figuring things out in the dark — long days, trial and error, and a lot of mistakes before the real patterns finally emerged. Since then, I’ve worked with 7, 8, and 9-figure clients, helped thousands of people start AI agencies, and studied what separates the people who succeed from the ones who stall. And now the data is clear: There are TWO proven paths people are using to break into AI. All you have to do is choose the path that fits how you think and work. That’s why the very first thing you should do here is go to the Start Here module inside the Classroom. Inside it, you’ll find: - A clear breakdown of the two proven paths - Clarity on how to pick the one that fits you best - Then you'll find your playbook to land your first paid client fast Everything I wish I had when I started — the frameworks, playbooks, lessons, and action plans — is inside this Classroom. And I continue to update it based on what’s working right now. It’s all here for you, step by step. Don’t let this sit in your dashboard like another course. This is the stuff I lived to be where I am right now. How To get clients when starting out
I have been learning how to make agentic workflows and I now want to build inbound lead qualification and speed to lead systems for small to medium sized businesses. I am now unsure about how to get my first client. i will be doing this for free for my first few clients to prioritise experience and case studies. I wanted to do cold email, but in order to automate a high volume, it cost too much upfront, as I basically have about £30 to spend right now. So i am considering cold calling, and also reaching out to about 20 people on Linkedin a day, and basically making custom Loom videos for each person and sending them that in Linkedin with my outreach message while also emailing them. I am loking for some advice abouut how to obtain my first client. Could somebody help me with this?
Advice !!
So i have made a speed-to-lead workflow. What it does is, a prospect fills the form, then immediately the AI agent will whatsapp him and ask some question and qualifies it and then book the discovery call straight into the calendar, and also send a email to the business and a slack notification for the team that a new lead has came in!! So this is the overview. What i want to ask is, should i niche down from the first day when outreaching OR should i first test 3-4 different niches and see what is working and then niche down?
How'd You Do It?
For agency owners doing $3k-$10k+/month: If you had to start from zero today with no portfolio, no testimonials, and no network, what would be your exact plan to get the first client in the next 30 days? Curious to see where the consensus is.

Sales Training for Automation Engineers
The number of n8n specialists who have never sold an automation is staggering. Like 80-90% in some Skool communities. One of my friends runs a successful automation agency called DeltaOps. He’s holding a live training via Zoom on how to make a pitch and successfully close a deal for automation agencies. Send me a DM, I can share the event link once he has it up.
