Advice !!
So i have made a speed-to-lead workflow. What it does is, a prospect fills the form, then immediately the AI agent will whatsapp him and ask some question and qualifies it and then book the discovery call straight into the calendar, and also send a email to the business and a slack notification for the team that a new lead has came in!! So this is the overview.
What i want to ask is, should i niche down from the first day when outreaching OR should i first test 3-4 different niches and see what is working and then niche down?
