Must Read for Anyone Starting an AI Business
Hey everyone 👋 I want to make sure you’re truly using what’s inside the Classroom here on Skool — because it isn’t just theoretical content. It’s the proven starting point for building an AI service business in 2026, based on everything I've learned scaling my own 7-figure AI agency. When I first launched my business back in 2022, I was figuring things out in the dark — long days, trial and error, and a lot of mistakes before the real patterns finally emerged. Since then, I’ve worked with 7, 8, and 9-figure clients, helped thousands of people start AI agencies, and studied what separates the people who succeed from the ones who stall. And now the data is clear: There are TWO proven paths people are using to break into AI. All you have to do is choose the path that fits how you think and work. That’s why the very first thing you should do here is go to the Start Here module inside the Classroom. Inside it, you’ll find: - A clear breakdown of the two proven paths - Clarity on how to pick the one that fits you best - Then you'll find your playbook to land your first paid client fast Everything I wish I had when I started — the frameworks, playbooks, lessons, and action plans — is inside this Classroom. And I continue to update it based on what’s working right now. It’s all here for you, step by step. Don’t let this sit in your dashboard like another course. This is the stuff I lived to be where I am right now. How I prepare for an AI audit before I ever meet a potential client
I don’t jump on a call and hope I spot opportunities. I spend 15 to 30 minutes researching the business first. Here’s what I look at: • Their website and customer journey. • Their social media and how they generate leads. • Where customers are likely asking the same questions over and over. • Tasks that probably eat up hours every week. • Places where AI could increase speed, reduce manual work, or improve the customer experience. By the time we get on the call, I’m not guessing. I already have a few ideas worth discussing. That changes the conversation. Instead of asking, “What do you need?” I’m asking, “I noticed this part of your process. Is that creating extra work for your team?” It shows I’ve done my homework, helps build trust, and makes the call far more productive. The AI audit starts long before the meeting does.

Repetition, Repetion
What is the hardest part of getting a result in something? Is it the action itself? Is it the lack of knowledge? No the hardest part actually is: Staying consistent. It is the repetitions. The discipline. The doing it every day even when you don't feel like it sort of attitude is what actually will get you the results that you want but how is it that you do this and how do you stick to this, that it's fun and enjoyable and not too difficult? Well let me cover just that and share what I learned. 1. Dopamine detox: If you significantly or completely cut out bad dopamines in your life, such as porn, video games, junk food, TV shows & movies social media and hyper-stimulating music, you will find that the task that you need to repeat and repeat constantly is easier because now you're motivated for it because you're not getting motivation/dopamine from the bad things that were your time. This will make you enjoy the process more, which will make you more consistent, undeniably. 2. Make a habit tracker I'll attach an image of this. It is a piece of paper with the day of the month at the top, the days of that month on the last side, and at the top the habit names and little shortened versions of them, then in all the rows draw tick-able boxes. If you do the habit, tick it. If you don't, X it out. It is as simple as that. That's a really good way to stay consistent if you see that constantly, also if you put this up visibly, or if you prefer, you could do it digitally but I recommend that you do it physically. That will really make a big difference. In the end simply just discipline is the biggest thing, while all the things I mentioned will help you, just the biggest thing in general is just to be disciplined. Again don't be a drill sergeant to yourself but hold yourself to a high standard. Talk to yourself and motivate yourself like you would to a best friend. You wouldn't let your best friend skip out on working on their trauma healing process if it meant a lot to them, right?
