💪 Back to Basics
I'm doing this section a bit differently this week.
Four people who did the hard work right away: a free audit, a first assessment, a discovery call that pays nothing yet.
It came from picking up the phone and asking someone who already knows you, which is harder than it sounds and the reason most never do it.
People go and build the stack instead, because building the stack doesn't involve anyone saying no to you.
Here's who did the uncomfortable thing this week.
Two for Two
put in the reps here and since landed his first client on a retainer, and his second is already delivered and looking like a long-term partner, committed to the monthly retainer and maintenance fees. Two clients signed in two months. Congrats Marios. [See the post HERE] The Warm Yes
delivered his first free audit, a solo landscaping business. Six warm outreach messages to get that long-awaited yes. This one's free, the next will be paid. Good to see him running the warm outreach methods we preach here. [See the post HERE] Cold to Warm
It took four months of cold outreach to realise he didn't need to do it at all. He could just go warm. Off the back of his warm leads he's now got a discovery call booked with a perfume brand. Unpaid to start, but it's a case study he can use to land paid clients down the line. First Rep in the Books
completed his first assessment, an insurance broker. Thirty minutes on the call running through his questions. Free again, but this is the work. He's walked away with something real to learn from and build on next time. [See the post HERE] Love showing you all the big wins but I wanted to share these as a reminder to focus on the basics.
This is the work that will make the difference.
(congrats to those mentioned here. love opening skool and seeing those put in the work)
Keep pushing.
Liam.
