I just finished my first free AI Tools Audit (update in Wins). Lessons 7 and 9 point to prep and report prompts and presentation tools that live in the Accelerator, so I wrote my own prompts and generated the deck myself. The content is there, the deck is not: it came out with overlapping text and I have no reference for whether the output is at the level a client should pay for. What my prompts produce: Prep (lesson 7): hard facts from the form and website, separated from things to verify on the call. What's odd or missing in the answers. 4 to 6 investigation zones, each with question clusters (how do you do it now, then the number). No tools, no solutions. Report (lesson 9): fact base from the transcript with a quote per step, every number with its literal quote, tags per step (time sink, quality risk, revenue leak), opportunity matrix, then the four parts from lesson 9: diagnosis, opportunities, business case, next steps. Where I'm unsure: 1. The output is long. I get an analysis layer plus the report. Is that layer useful, or should the report be the only output? 2. Every opportunity is "now / after" plus what it saves and what it costs. Is that enough for a client to act on, or does a proper report show more (workflow drawings, tool screenshots, something else)? 3. What do you deliberately keep OUT of a first audit report? 4. What do you build the deck with? I generated a .pptx straight from the AI output and it came out broken: text boxes overlapping, blocks covering lines. I don't want to spend evenings fixing slides by hand. I'm looking at Gamma or NotebookLM next, or a fixed template I fill in every time. Which of those actually holds up for you, or is there something better? Any of the four helps. I'd rather fix this before audit number two than after
