Week 2 Challenge is here...
Last week, many of you proved something important.
Not that you can be disciplined.
Not that you can follow a rule.
But that you can keep your word to yourself. Some of you also noticed something deeper.
The moment before the action.
The negotiation.
The part of you that usually decides quietly, before you even realize it.
That awareness is not a problem.
It’s the doorway.
Because real change doesn’t start with doing more.
It starts with becoming clearer about who you are choosing to be.
This week is about identity.
Not the version of you you talk about.
The version of you you prove, quietly, daily, in real life.
THE WEEK 2 CHALLENGE
Every day this week, post two lines in the comments:
1️⃣ Identity_I am the kind of person who _____.
2️⃣ Proof_Today I proved it by _____.
That’s it. No overthinking. No perfect wording. Just truth and action.
EXAMPLES
I am the kind of person who keeps promises to myself.
Today I proved it by getting out of bed when my alarm went off, no scrolling.
I am the kind of person who chooses calm over chaos.
Today I proved it by stepping outside for 10 minutes instead of spiraling.
I am the kind of person who respects my body.
Today I proved it by eating slowly and stopping when I was full.
I am the kind of person who follows through.
Today I proved it by finishing the task I wanted to avoid.
GUIDELINES:
– Your proof must be something you actually did today, even if it feels small
– Small counts, consistency compounds
– If you miss a day, do not disappear. Come back the next day and post your proof
Self-trust is built by returning, not by being perfect.
WHY THIS MATTERS
When identity and behavior match, consistency stops feeling like force. It starts feeling natural.
This week, you are not chasing motivation. You are stacking evidence.
YOUR MOVE
Post your Day 1 identity and proof below. Then come back daily and keep proving who you are becoming.
I’m proud of the way this community is showing up. Let’s keep going.
