Welcome to Lead Yourself First
You can pick any challenge you want inside this community. There’s no fixed order and no single path. The challenges are simply guidelines to give you structure and ideas. Scale them up or down depending on your current level. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s participation. This community exists to get you off the sidelines and back into action. Lead Yourself First is about taking responsibility for your own standards so you can show up better in your work, your family, and your life. Everything here sits on four pillars: Physical Readiness – building a body that can handle stress and effort. Self-Reliance – developing practical skills and confidence. Values – knowing what you stand for and acting in line with it. Challenge – choosing discomfort so you continue to grow. Daily Check-In Every day you check in using this format: Date: Health: What did you do for your body? Skill: What practical skill did you practise? Values: How did you live your values? Mindset: What required effort or pushed you? This isn’t about comparison. It’s about ownership. Be honest, stay consistent, and adjust as you go. Lead yourself first. Angus

Welcome to Lead Yourself First
Personal Reset
Hey everyone, Firstly, I want to apologize for being away for so long. Over the past few months, I've had a lot happening in my personal life. Between an injury and a number of other challenges, life became very busy, and I found myself getting sidetracked from the businesses and community I care so much about. Over that time, I realized something important. Before I can build a great business, lead others effectively, or help people reach their potential, I need to make sure I'm leading myself first. So, I'm taking a step back and focusing on rebuilding my own foundation. For the next little while, my focus is going to be on four key areas: - Health - Skills - Values - Mindset Rather than trying to change everything overnight, I'm going to set myself small daily challenges that help me build momentum again. Consistent actions, no matter how small, compound over time, and that's exactly what I want to demonstrate not only for myself but for everyone in this community. I'll be sharing my progress, the lessons I learn, and hopefully creating challenges that you can join in with too. My hope is that we can all continue growing together, one step at a time. Thank you to everyone who's stuck around. I'm excited to be back, and I'm looking forward to building this community into what I always envisioned it could become.
