Welcome to the Lead Yourself First Challenge.
This is a place for you to set yourself challenges that will help you better yourself in life. Physical, mental, personal, professional — it does not matter what area you choose, as long as it pushes you forward. Use this group to keep yourself accountable. Post your progress, share photos of your achievements, log your workouts, skills, habits, or anything that shows the effort you are putting in. This is about taking ownership, building discipline, and proving to yourself what you are capable of. I am looking forward to seeing the challenges you set for yourselves and the progress you make along the way. If you have any questions, need guidance, or hit a roadblock, send me a message. I am here to support you.

Well done Rochanne! Small steps are the only way to start these big changes. If you need any help with technique and form then let me know!

Carnivore update
After setting out for 30 days on the carnivore diet I am frustrated to say that I crumbled and gave into my cravings while laid up after my operation. I'm writing this for accountability not sympathy. New challenge will be set for Monday even more determined to break my bad snacking habits. We go again.
