Stretching Challenge
Sorry I haven’t been updating my Lead Yourself First challenge much lately. To be honest, I feel like I’m properly in the groove with it now. I’m just quietly getting on with ticking off my four areas every day and staying consistent until I hit the 90 days. Within that, I’ve set myself another small challenge. Stretching has probably been my weakest point for a long time. It’s always the thing that ends up getting pushed to the back burner after training. So I’ve set a target for myself: two weeks of stretching every single day. Nothing fancy, just building the habit and putting some focus into an area I know I’ve been neglecting. Sometimes the small disciplines are the ones that make the biggest difference.

Carnivore update
After setting out for 30 days on the carnivore diet I am frustrated to say that I crumbled and gave into my cravings while laid up after my operation. I'm writing this for accountability not sympathy. New challenge will be set for Monday even more determined to break my bad snacking habits. We go again.

Well done for the accountability, buddy. That’s the right mindset. It’s actually a good thing because now you can look at why it didn’t work and what you might do differently next time. That’s where the progress happens. If you ever want help with habits or setting things up to make it easier, give me a shout. Happy to help.

Well done Rochanne! That's is a seriously accomplishment, keep up the good work with the next challenge. What was the hardest thing about your last challenge?

@Rochanne Hardstaff you have proven to yourself that you can achieve goals that you set out. Weight training will be the exact same, if you need any help then let me know. I'm looking forward to seeing you crush your next goal. Keep it up
Challenge Update
How is everyone getting on with their challenges? I know that posting updates every single day isn’t always realistic. Life gets busy and routines change. But it would be great to hear how things are going for you. If you’ve made progress, share it. If you’ve hit a few bumps, share that too. Challenges aren’t meant to be perfect, they’re meant to move us forward. Drop an update in the group when you can and let everyone know how your challenge is going and what progress you’ve been making. It’s always good for the community to see what others are working through and building towards.
