After losing 15kg I’m now aiming for a final 10KG loss and being introduced to weights in the gym ! Cardio completed today with an incline treadmill walk incline 15 speed 6kmph for 15 mins and 15 mins on bike erg
@Angus Hilsley the hardest thing was the realisation that I had been stuck unhappy for two years - although new to the gym world I’m enjoying it although anxious for the next part of the journey introducing weight training as it’s all new to me
