Referral Update
Update on the referral question
A few days ago I posted about a client who sent me three referrals without me asking. Thanks to everyone who replied.
Since then, one of those referrals sent me his brother, and offered to pass my name to a few other owners he knows. So it went one level deeper.
A few comments stuck with me. Asking right after a client says they’re happy. Thanking them by naming exactly what they did. Taking extra care of the people they send, since their name is on it.
I appreciate all of your feedback it was another very helpful lesson. Although it seemed so obvious it wasn't something I was aware of doing. I will be asking all of my clients if there are three people who they think i can help
