What do you look for in a Land Realtor?
What's common in the industry for Realtor compensation? I've heard as high as 10% for land.
As land investors, what do you look for when picking a realtor to work with to sell your land? What would you say makes the difference between a higher-quality land realtor vs any other realtor who happens to list land here and there?
