Just bought a deal sourced from two community members.
We are subdividing a rural 67 acre tract it into 7 Lots.
They needed our help on the execution and they are going to make some good money as a result of it!
Buy at $229K.
Expenses: $10K (Survey, Perc Test)
Projected Exit at $500K.
We are helping them with running the entire deal and managing the broker and funding 100% of it.
