Morning everyone, Ryan from Brookfield, WI. Still working a full time job in law enforcement and found land investing as my 2nd passion as I get ready to retire soon.

I bought a few land courses and spent a few months learning the business. I sent out some mailers already and I have three infill lots under contract. I assigned them to builders and they set to close in a month.

My 90 day goal is getting more infill lots under contract and putting the system together to move into rural land acquisitions.

My biggest challenge right now is getting A2P compliant and getting my text campaigns set up.

I’m looking forward to learning from the community and putting some deals together where everyone is leaving with a win/win.
