Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a good 4th of July!

The few days leading up to a holiday are always slow, so we're back at it today!

What is your plan for this week? Anyone working on a project they need help with??

Last week I failed CO on my Oxford project for, get this...not having address stickers on the property and not having a well rock covering the well 🤦

Little things like this are really frustrating but that is on me and my GC to be better and not let little things like this delay us. So reinspection is tomorrow and hopefully that brings us a CO! Once we get the CO, we'll get a power release to the electric provider so we can get power on at the property, get it cleaned, staged and photographed! I don't usually do proper staging but this realtor I'm working with for the first time strongly suggested it (I usually do virtual staging) so I'm going to follow her lead on this!

Should be hearing back on a soil study for a lot in Cameron NC by end of day today. Assuming we have a conventional / reduction system, we'll be moving forward on this project

Applied for 3 septic and well permits within the last few days, which means a few more builds are right around the corner!
