Updates on our end-

We're a week out from starting our road for our Louisburg subdivision- got the NC DOT Approval today to get started!

Went under contract on 4 acres last week that will be two more land home packages as long as the soil perks! Soil study should be back within the next 2 weeks

Went under contract today on a 5 acre lot in Oxford NC but even though it's a great size lot, it'll only be for 1 build
