Quick updates on what's active right now:

Road construction starts this week on the minor subdivision. This has been delayed for the last week because of the amount of rain we got, but equipment is on site and on standby until the land dries out. Thankfully we have a week of 70+ degree weather coming up!

My Oxford lot was supposed to close tomorrow but just found out we have some title issues, so working through that with the seller and closing attorney. Hopefully resolved within the week and closing next week!
