I'm wrapping up three projects that got delayed from the snow/ice the last few weeks in NC. Finally back at it now that the weather has cleared up.

I got my Minor Subdivision Surety Bond for the NC DOT signed and delivered to the DOT, waiting on approvals from them and then can begin building the private road. And last but not least, should be closing on 3 acres in Nash County NC early next week where I'll be building two modular homes.
