Finally Finished
Finally have certificate of occupancy. I'm hoping for a quick sale. Learned a lot. Sean was an amazing mentor. I'm now going to start a project in South Carolina. This is going to need a well and septic. Encouraged by the recent sale of a home $180,000.00. One thousand square feet, small lot, just over 1 acre. Definitely going to place double wide, hopefully around 1400 square feet. If anyone has experience in South Carolina, I would love to talk to you.
