Alright, I think I'm getting the alternating underhand sneaks!! Our Wednesday session REALLY helped.

We'll be doing our meet up in the park this weekend as normal. Hope you can make it! We're going to have a couple of new people, so that's exciting. We'll be going through the MCF and then breaking down the mini flows from last weeks online class. I'll be adding a "coffee hour call" to the calendar for next weekend. It's sort of just a zoom where we can chat for a bit about anything, movement related or not. Like meeting up for coffee. I think you'll all get an invite by default when I set it up. But I guess we'll find out. It sounds weird, but I think it will be fun. Now let's all walk into the weekend like @Erik Messal and me in this video. 😂

We have a great little group that meet in Memorial Park in Sierra Madre every Sunday at 10am. We warm up then go through the master class flow in various ways to get a good work out then work on learning new moves and flows. Class lasts one hour and is free (donations accepted but not needed) and is a ton of fun. You should come down and meet us during the new year!
