Alright, I think I'm getting the alternating underhand sneaks!! Our Wednesday session REALLY helped.

We'll be doing our meet up in the park this weekend as normal. Hope you can make it! We're going to have a couple of new people, so that's exciting. We'll be going through the MCF and then breaking down the mini flows from last weeks online class. I'll be adding a "coffee hour call" to the calendar for next weekend. It's sort of just a zoom where we can chat for a bit about anything, movement related or not. Like meeting up for coffee. I think you'll all get an invite by default when I set it up. But I guess we'll find out. It sounds weird, but I think it will be fun. Now let's all walk into the weekend like @Erik Messal and me in this video. 😂

Week Three video really helped with the Shakespeare flow. Love the mini-flow breakdowns. I will be going over those a few more times. More progress. Thank you, Dustin!

Hope everybody is having a great weekend so far. I miss our class but the yoga teacher training has been really moving and a great experience so far. Can’t wait to integrate more of it into mace. Hope everybody is getting some movement in. I also wanted to share some highlights from the rope work @Erik Messal and I have been doing. It’s a lot of fun and Erik Just keeps unlocking new moves. Don’t mind all the counting 🤣

Alright just ordered my first ropes for rope flow! One quality rope from Slush Ropes on Dustin's recommendation and two cheapy Amazon ropes just to play around with to see what weight and length I like best before I buy some more. Love it! I can tell this is going to be like buying guitars or getting tattoos. Can never get just one and always looking forward to what's next!
