What is normal conversion rate?

I got 67 clicks in total for roofing but only 2 leads and one is fake, also I want to turn off ads for Instagram because there is where fake lead. I do not know how to fix this campaign.

It has been running for 4 days but not consistent because I turned it off two times so now It's been two days. It is roofing and offer I say on headline is: full roof replacement starting at 6499 but it's like clickbait because ad talks about how companies do this to get attention and also how quality matters. That is probably the reason why so many clicks, they did not even read the ad probably it's long story copy.

Also I one more week to get something good here for this guy and it is 30 ad spend.
