We’re currently running a DR campaign for a client via SMS, but we want to switch to using WAGHL since its cheaper. My concern is about clients who have already received the offer. Once WAGHL is integrated, if we reply to them via SMS, will it appear as a WhatsApp message, or will the conversation continue on sms?

And once WAGHL is connected will it show up under WhatsApp in the conversation tab or under the SMS tab?
