Leads on DM but did not fill out the form?šŸ¤”
When running ads, some of the leads writes to our client on Instagram about the offer but did not fill out their info on the lead form. If they book appointments without filling out their info— and if we dont have them inside of GHL, what would you do in this case? Should we ask the leads to fill out the lead form or just charge our client without the leads being on the CRM?

Pausing and reactivating the ads?
Our ads are attracting leads at the end of the week so our client asked us if we could only activate the ads at the end of the week and stop it monday, tuesday and wednesday. This might be a dumb question but would’t that affect the results since the ads will remain in the learning phase? Or does facebook have a feature where we select specific days of the week?

@Thure Sander makes total sense, and even though there’s a feature for it you think it’ll still mess up the algorithms?
Higher intent form or More volume?
Hey guys, we're running ads for a client, she spent 400 pounds, we got 118 leads, and booked 13 out of them with the more volume lead form (1 no show + 2 cancellations). The client is a bit frustrated and is complaining about their quality bc many of them are not picking up the phone. Would you say it's low quality out of this information? Their value is 200 per client and the ABR is 11%. I don't think it's that bad but I'm considering trying the higher intent lead form – do you recommend that? Thanks.

@Thure Sander Yeah I reminded her about the ROI and that calmed her down.. also I think she’s a bit discouraged since almost all of the bookings are booked for the next month. But appreciate the advice Thure— I’ll try to do smth in the follow up process

@Emmett McCarry So you book your clients 75% of the leads? Wow that’s amazing— are you using funnels? And is it you who’s calling the leads?
Ad fatigue?
Hey guys, we've been running ads for nearly a month with a good CPL that varies between £2-4 per lead. For the last couple of days the CPL increased to £9. We left the ads 2 days but nothing changed. Would this be ad fatigue or could FB be testing a new audience? I don't want to tweak anything so we don't enter the learning phase again. But the question is, how do you know if it's ad fatigue or not? I am a bit confused as the frequency is not that high and the CTR is good enough. I saw that we got a good amount of clicks but only 4 leads converted from them. Could this be a lead form problem? Thanks! Note: this metrics is only for the 12th march - 14th march

@Rustam Ibrahimov Is it bad that people don’t get leads? Bc this is how bad it’s for me :). But I really hope it has smth to do with FB algorithms and it gets fixed soon

@Thure Sander yeah you’re right, we waited and now we’re getting leads as we normally did — so i think FB was testing out stuff
Good scraping method?
Hey guys, I need an effective scraping method to scrape emails and the first names of business owners from their websites. We've been using clay and apify, but clay was too expensive. Do you have any recommendations for a method I can use consistently? I’d appreciate any tips!
