Quick question for those running SMS outreach right now:
I keep seeing models where people are doing cold SMS to get their own B2B clients, AND offering B2C cold texting as a service to local businesses. (like they scrape homeowners data and cold text them)
With all the new carrier blocks and compliance laws this year, is anyone actually still doing cold B2C texting for their clients safely? And is there a legal way to do it. Or are you strictly sticking to inbound/opt-in SMS strategies inside GoHighLevel? Would love to hear what's actually working on the ground right now.
