hi guys

when I cold call using skype, should I buy a generalised USA unlimited minutes number

or a specific area number, such as kansas?

because I was thinking with the generalised number I could call multiple states without it costing me anything

but also I wasnt sure if itd come off as weird if I was from kansas calling to california

would greatly appreciate any input on this
