Yo guys, hope you are doing great! I would appreciate your thoughts on my service delivery for clients in car detailing niche!
I’ve had a free trial client (still have, but not running ads). I ran for him ceramic coating ads. We were getting amazing results with $3-4 leads. Got 27 leads in total (ads were running in total for 3 days). But the thing is, he didn’t communicate with me (he only responded once a day and without enough information).
And as I understood he didn’t book any ceramic coating job from those 27 leads. Also, he didn’t drag leads to a certain stage in the pipeline, so I couldn’t track and analyze how everything went. The main obstacle was that the leads didn’t answer the phone. And I guess it’s because the client didn’t call them at all or about 1-2 days after.
So now I’d like to find a paying client, who has serious intentions and is going to call up the leads ASAP, but the thing is, now after this free trial client, I lost my confidence in service delivery.
So I would like to hear your thoughts about my service delivery system. I attached the video ad with its ad copy (the best ad, it generated 24 leads). Also the lead form, sms automation, and ceramic coating selling script. I have some questions and I would be very grateful if you could answer them
1. Do I need to put pricing in the VIDEO AD?
2. Do I need to have more qualifying questions in a form?
P.S. I made some improvements along this service delivery (my free trial client didn’t have them before). These improvements are: selling script and SMS to lead as they fill out the form.
