The only thing holding me back from integrating GHL with clients is repeated failure to get A2P approved...anyone have a reliable method?

Yo somebody knows how can I call (or my client) call through Facebook, so leads could see who's calling. I enabled this function, don't really know how to call.

why I can't choose the lead form I need when I enable DCT???? It automatically changes and I can't change it until I switch off DCT

Is there any other cheap alternative to skype. Skype numbers is no longer available
