Issues with CAPI

So I set up CAPI with GHL and I send Lead events with every pipeline change. Now I tested it in the "Test event" Tab in the Events Manager and it didn't catch any event changes (Image 1). I double checked the whole setup and I can't find any mistake. Any ideas?

2. Another thing thats confusing me: I created a new Adset with "maximize for conversion leads", but in the Events Manager it still shows that 0 Ad Sets use this Data (Image 2). Do you know what I might have missed in the Ad-setup (Image 3)?
