Issue with Gaining Access to Client’s Ad Account

Hey everyone,

Just onboarded a client and had them give me access to their Ad Account, Facebook Page, and IG. However, when I checked on my end, I only got access to Facebook & IG—no access to the Ad Account.

Tried sending another request where the client had to approve it on their end (which they did), but I still only have access to the Facebook Page and IG, not the Ad Account.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Are there any other ways to get this resolved without spending too much time and being able to get things moving quickly? Any feedback is appreciated!
