Issue with Gaining Access to Client’s Ad Account
Hey everyone, Just onboarded a client and had them give me access to their Ad Account, Facebook Page, and IG. However, when I checked on my end, I only got access to Facebook & IG—no access to the Ad Account. Tried sending another request where the client had to approve it on their end (which they did), but I still only have access to the Facebook Page and IG, not the Ad Account. Has anyone dealt with this before? Are there any other ways to get this resolved without spending too much time and being able to get things moving quickly? Any feedback is appreciated!

@Thure Sander Yup have never had this problem before, first time. Very wierd, do you think him creating a new ad account would work?

@Emmett McCarry Thank you, brother. I've done this, but the issue is that I still can't access his ad account. I can see both the Facebook page and Instagram, but even after sharing the ad account, I still don't get access.

Hey everyone, One of my clients is facing an issue when logging into his Facebook Business Manager. When he clicks on "Verify Account," it doesn’t allow him to enter an email or proceed with verification. We’ve already tried using a different browser and he also attempted it on his iPad, but neither worked. What’s the best way to contact Facebook to get this resolved ASAP?
