I never manually add a lead to my CRM anymore. n8n + GPT-4 does it automatically.
You guys also struggling with tracking leads manually? Every new lead — open spreadsheet, add name, email, company, status. Miss one and it's gone forever.
Here's what I built to fix it (~$8/m):
1. n8n catches every new lead automatically Facebook Ads, Typeform, contact form — doesn't matter. Every submission fires the workflow instantly.
2. GPT-4 scores the lead — Hot, Warm or Cold So you always know who to call first. No guessing.
3. Google Sheets gets a new row automatically Name, email, company, source, AI score, date — all added instantly. CRM always up to date.
4. Gmail alerts you for every Hot lead You get an instant notification the moment a high quality lead comes in.
Total cost: ~$8/m. Never lose a lead again.
