Hey everyone, I just started running ads for my first client — an HVAC company. So far, we’ve spent around $150 and generated 9 leads( their budget is 550$), which comes out to about $19 per lead.
We’re using two creatives: a before-and-after image and a video testimonial from a past client. Out of the 9 leads, only 1 actually booked an appointment. The other 8 responded to a couple messages but then ghosted and never picked up the phone or followed through.
When someone fills out the lead form (which only asks for name, email, and phone), we immediately trigger a conversation using HighLevel’s AI chat. It sends this message right away:
“Hello, this is Nicole from (company name) — thanks for reaching out! Are you looking for repair, maintenance, or a new installation? And what day and time would work best for us to come take a look?
Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
I’d love feedback on two things:
- Are these numbers decent for a first campaign? And how can i improve or do overall?
- What would you recommend improving in the messaging or follow-up to turn more leads into booked appointments?
